The Personal Information we collect includes: name; email address; telephone number; shipping and billing address; date of birth, and payment information for those purchasing products through the Services. Additionally, we may also collect demographic information such as your age, gender, country and zip code of residence and other geo-location information. This demographic information may be associated with your Personal Information. If this demographic information is connected with Personal Information, we will treat the demographic information as Personal Information.

We also make it easy for you to approach us, if you have any concerns or questions relating to the holding of personal information.

All personal information collected will not be passed on, sold, or rented to third parties. All information collected is only for the use of Limitless Memory LLP only and processed only by teams working for Limitless Memory and only they will have the access to them.

We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of use and other agreements. This includes exchanging information with other government departments for legal reasons, only if we required to do so.

5. How can you access and update your Personal Information and account profile?

You can access and update the contact information you gave us during registration (that is, your e-mail address or any other information that would directly enable us to contact you), by logging in and clicking the Edit Profile section, or contacting us via email at dreambig@limitlessmemory.com . You may be required to provide additional information in order for us to verify your request. Your request will be processed within thirty (30) days of the date of which we receive it.

Please note, if information is deleted from our commercial databases and/or view by members of the public, we may still retain your information in our files, to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use or other User agreements, and due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our Services.

6. Are we accepting Returns?

We share the belief, that this course and its entirety will help you in many ways, that you could not have imagined. However, we also feel, that if you are not satisfied with our product, then you are eligible for a full refund (100% money back guarantee). You have 14 calendar days from the purchase to notify us about it and we shall arrange a refund for you within 14 working days of receiving your written withdrawal. This is subject to returning our Limitless Memory Program with its full undamaged contents as received from us by post.

8. Can there be changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1st January 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the Policy the date it was revised. We are the supplementary education brand that specialize in teaching numerical memorisation through alpha-numeric coding.

Limitless Memory LLP (“We”), is a registered business in England and Wales under registration number OC402014 with its registered address: 2nd Floor, 2 Woodberry Grove, London N12 0DR, England.

2. How does it work?

We have designed the program in the form of game, that is fun, simple to use and effective. Once you receive your workbook in the post. You have everything you need to start. Just work through the exercises at your own pace and when you complete our course and practise for at least 1 week after, will you see how vast your brain's capacity is

3. Using Limitless Memory LLP website, apps and learning materials

You agree to use Limitless Memory LLP website and Booklet only for lawful educational purposes. You must also use it in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of enjoyment of, this site and apps by anyone else.

The user agrees that they cannot in any way shape or form reverse engineer the products from Limitless Memory LLP. The ideas, games, learning material or any other information provided by or on Limitless Memory LLP.

4. Services and transactions

You can use Limitless Memory LLP website to access online educational services for the products. 

We currently only accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal payments.

Limitless Memory LLP has the right to terminate your account held with us, with immediate effect and with no advance warning. No refund will be given.  We reserve the right to not give a reason. However this can be due to but not limited to unlawful conduct, sharing of account credentials. Bullying. Posting of inappropriate material, which will be defined by a local law within code of conduct and Limitless Memory LLP’s reasonable judgment.

These can be managed by other agencies and between your banks.

Some services have their own terms and conditions which also apply - read these before you use the service.
